This concept note outlines how Kigali can expand electric mobility and sector coupling solutions by building on SOLUTIONSplus achievements in electric motorcycles, bicycles, buses, and institutional coordination. It identifies remaining barriers and proposes a structured framework through the Co prodUSE project to link mobility, energy, buildings and circular economy systems, supported by living labs, policy development and capacity building activities.
