  • Comparative Analysis Brief (3 pages max):

    1. City-Specific Deep-Dive: One paragraph for each city, providing a polished analysis of the selected challenge through the Policy, Technology, and Key Players lenses.

    2. Comparative Insight Table: A table with two columns (Iloilo City vs. Cagayan de Oro) comparing: Primary Mobility Focus, Biggest Institutional Challenge, and Readiness for EV Integration.

    3. Strategic Recommendations: Two actionable recommendations, one for each city, justified by your analysis.

Week 1: Iloilo City & Cagayan de Oro – Mobility Landscape Diagnosis

Deliverables (Submit one PDF per city, two total for the week):

  • City Profile Report (2 pages max per city):

    1. Executive Summary: A 3-sentence overview of the city’s mobility context.

    2. Plan Priority Table: A table listing the identified plan(s) and their stated priorities.

    3. Challenges & Actions Matrix: A simple table summarizing the identified challenges and current counter-actions.

    4. Stakeholder List: A bulleted list of key players categorized by their focus area (Active Mobility, Public Transport, EV).

Design a pilot concept development for Quito and Buenos Aires

The concept should:
– Integrate the research carried out for the knowledge products
– Focus on these 2 potential cases (or other one relevant): Buenos Aires – blue boxes in the commercial areas within the selected neighbourhood, and Quito – mobility on demand / mobility stations connected to the PT stations
– Include a strong integrated and gender-inclusive urban planning and design component
– Integrate at least one of the digital tools of the case studies.

Elaborate a summary report

Compile the references and case studies in a reporting format, including a summary of main findings and a visual map of the regions/countries assessed
